8. #AFGHANISTAN: Two British soldiers were killed in a helicopter crash, reports Sky News.

9. #DOLLYMOUNT STRAND: The family of an Irish man who sustained a traumatic brain injury when he hit his head on some rocks while kitesurfing in 2011 has set up a trust fund to help raise money for his care.
