4. #DONEGAL: The body of a man has been recovered following a search in the Derryveagh Mountains in Co Donegal. The man had been hillwalking in the area.

5. #TERROR ATTACK: Seventeen people have been killed and a dozen others injured in a “terrorist attack” on a restaurant in Burkina Faso’s capital, the government said today.

6. #SHANE ROSS: The Sports Minister has told TheJournal.ie he is leaving the door open for a statutory inquiry to be held into the Rio Olympics ticket scandal.

7. #TRACKER MORTGAGES: Customers affected by the tracker mortgage scandal have said they are still being left in the dark by their banks about how much money they are owed and when they will get it back.

8. #BREAST CANCER: Over 25,000 of the 88,000-plus women between the ages of 50 and 64 who were invited for a free BreastCheck screening up to May of this year opted not to go.

9. #LIPOSUCTION: More than €4.5 million has been spent on liposuction in public hospitals in Ireland since 2009.
