81-year-old man dies in Tyrone tractor crash

The PSNI are appealing for witnesses to the crash, which saw a tractor leave the road.

THE PSNI IN Tyrone has confirmed that an 81-year-old man has died after a tractor hit a ditch in Dunnamanagh yesterday.

The Dunnyboe Road, where the crash occured has now reopened to traffic, after being closed for a technical examination.

The man was driving a blue coloured New Holland tractor that was involved in the incident around 12.30pm.

Police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who was travelling on the Dunnyboe Road around the time of the incident to contact them at Strabane Police Station on 0845 600 8000.
