A Queen in the making? New childhood photos of Kate Middleton

The internet-savvy palace releases a handful of childhood photos of Kate Middleton. Now what on earth could they be trying to detract attention from?

THE INCREASINGLY internet-savvy St James’s Palace has just released a collection of five photographs of the princess-in-waiting, Kate Middleton.

The photographs – which include one of Catherine, as she’s known to her family, at the age of four, when she lived in Jordan – come just months after the royal engagement was announced on Twitter.

Any suggestions that the release of today’s photos could possibly be timed to overshadow the negative coverage of Prince Andrew’s friendship with a convicted paedophile are, of course, entirely unfounded.
