Man ejected out of window in single car crash in Limerick

The incident occurred in Knockanes, near Adare Manor, at around 2pm today.

A MAN IN Limerick is being treated for serious head injuries, after being involved in a single car crash.

The incident occurred in Knockanes, near Adare Manor, at around 2pm today.

A garda spokesperson told TheJournal.ie that the man was brought to University Hospital Limerick following the crash.

Limerick City and county fire crews also attended the scene.

It is understood that the man was ejected out of the back window of the car in the collision.

He was treated at the scene before being brought to hospital, where his current condition is not described as critical.
