Watch: RTÉ just tortured an incredibly cute child into giving them his take on 1916

The poor fella is FROZEN.

THERE ARE A lot of people in Dublin today for the 1916 commemoration parade and all that goes with it. And while the sun is shining, it’s not particularly warm out.

RTÉ’s Áine Lawlor just showed admirable journalistic doggedness on the state broadcaster’s live feed in getting one little fella to take off his jumper to show her his 1916-2016 proclamation t-shirt.

The poor chap was absolutely frozen, but Áine persisted.

“Are you frozen sweetheart?”

“… yeah…”

She finally took pity on the little guy and moved on to his considerably less-cold looking brother.

Heart. Melted.
