Appeal for information over missing mother and daughters in Dundalk

The young mother and her two daughters have been missing since Saturday.

GARDAÍ IN DUNDALK say they are still appealing for the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old mother and her two daughters, who have not been seen since last weekend.

Cosmina Tersanschi was last seen on Emer Terrace, Dundalk, at 09.20am on Saturday. Her two small daughters, two-year-old Rebecca and 11-month-old Rahaela, were with her at the time.

Cosmina, a Romanian national, was last seen wearing a black-and-grey jumper and a long brown skirt. Her daughters were in a red double buggy (a front and back model, not a side to side). It is not clear what the children were wearing.

The eldest daughter Rebecca is described as having light brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a turn in her right eye and sometimes wears glasses, according to Gardaí.

Gardaí would like for anyone who may have seen Cosmina and her two daughters or have information which would assist Gardai in locating this young family to contact them in Dundalk on 042 9388400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or at any Garda station.
