The incident took place in East Belfast last night, and police are seeking information from the public.

The PSNI said that detectives in Castlereagh are appealing for information following the armed robbery, which took place at a commercial premises in the Four Winds area of East Belfast last night, Sunday 23 December.

Shortly after 9.30pm, it was reported that two unknown males, one of whom was carrying a knife, entered the premises and threatened staff before making off with a sum of cash and a quantity of computer games.

The member of staff was not injured but left badly shaken during the incident, said police. The men are described as being approximately 5′ 7″ tall, in their late teens or early twenties. One was wearing grey coloured sweat bottoms and a grey coloured hooded top with the hood pulled up.

The other was wearing a dark-coloured jacket and a dark-coloured hat.

What a fascinating article. I have done some work with sound editing in radio, but only to add music to the beginning and end of a podcast and to edit out long pauses, etc. I have colleagues who make radio dramas and it is incredible to watch what can be done. A real artform!
