PARTING SHOT

Irish television can be hit and miss. But sometimes there are moments where you just have to applaud our national broadcaster even if you can’t believe what you’re watching.

On RTÉ’s Big Week On The Farm, Barry John Crowe beat the Guinness World Record for the most sausages made in a minute, the Daily Edge reports. All the sausages had to be four inches long, and any broken or otherwise ‘tainted’ sausages will be discounted. The record was 60… Barry John got a whopping 78.

You can watch the video in all its glory here.
