Gardaí searching for man after armed robbery of Dublin post office

No one was injured in the incident.

GARDAÍ ARE INVESTIGATING an armed robbery at a post office in Dublin this afternoon.

A man entered a post office on Main Street in Chapelizod at about 2.30pm this afternoon.

The man threatened staff with what is believed to have been a firearm, before making off with an unknown sum of money.

No one was injured in the incident.

No arrests have been made and gardaí are appealing for witnesses.
