Two-year-old boy dies after being struck by car in Co Wicklow

The incident happened at Silverbridge, Bray at 4.30pm.

A TWO-YEAR-old boy has died after being struck by a car in Bray, Co Wicklow this afternoon.

The incident happened at Silverbridge at 4.30pm.

The boy was fatally injured when he was struck by a car. He was taken to Crumlin Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the car was uninjured.

The scene is sealed off and the area is due to be examined by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators in the morning.
