Body of woman in her 20s discovered in Dublin in early hours of this morning

Gardaí were alerted to the discovery of a woman’s body at around 5.50am this morning.

THE BODY OF a woman in her 20s was discovered in the early hours of this morning in Dublin.

Her body was discovered at around 5.50am on Griffith Avenue, Whitehall.

The woman’s body remains at the scene, which is currently preserved, and a technical examination will be carried out.

A garda spokesperson said a post mortem will take place in due course, which will determine the course of the ongoing investigations.
