#UKRAINE Russia threatened that it would respond if Ukraine fires western-supplied long-range missiles against it after US President Joe Biden gave Ukraine his approval for such strikes.

#LEBANON An Israeli airstrike hit a densely populated residential area in Lebanon’s capital close to UN headquarters, Lebanon’s parliament, its prime minister’s office and several embassies.
