A WOMAN WAS the victim of a serious assault at St Stephen’s Green in Dublin city centre today.
It happened at around 3:30pm.
Gardaí confirmed to TheJournal.ie that the woman was taken to hospital but her condition is not known.
A man has been arrested in relation to the assault and he is being held at Pearse Street Garda Station.
