Man charged with 59 counts of theft in ATM fraud investigation

The 42-year-old was arrested this morning in Athy for the unlawful withdrawal of cash.

A MAN IS due before Athy District Court today in connection with the unlawful withdrawal of cash from ATMs.

The 42-year-old was arrested this morning in Athy and has been charged with 59 counts of theft.

The arrest was made by Gardaí from the Bureau of Fraud Investigation.

Gardaí say that investigations are on going.
