Men wearing high-vis jackets threaten woman (80s) at her home

The two men left empty-handed,

A WOMAN IN her eighties was threatened in her home last week during an attempted burglary in Dublin 15.

The men, aged between 25 to 30 and wearing high-vis jackets, gained entry to the woman’s home at Hazelbury Green, Clonee, between 8.30am and 9am last Thursday morning.

However, they left empty handed a short time later.

Gardaí are investigating if the pair may have been posing as workmen.

No arrests have been made, and investigations are ongoing.
