Riad Bouchaker was charged over the incident outside Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire, Parnell Square last month.
A girl, aged five, has been left fighting for her life in hospital while crèche worker Leanne Flynn was also seriously injured.
Two other children were released from hospital.
