Teen arrested over fatal stabbing at Ballyfermot warehouse rave

The victim was stabbed in the early hours of 17 November last.

A MAN HAS been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of 26-year-old James Griffin at a warehouse rave in Ballyfermot, west Dublin, last year.

The victim was stabbed in the early hours of 17 November last.

On the night, Gardaí were called to the scene following reports of a disturbance at about 4am.

The young man was taken by ambulance to nearby Tallaght Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A man was arrested in connection with the murder investigation this afternoon, Gardaí confirmed.

Aged in his late teens, he’s being held for questioning under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Ballyfermot Garda Station.
