Man injured in Ballymun shooting

His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A MAN HAS been injured in a shooting in Dublin.

The man was shot just before 11pm in the Balcurris area of Ballymun. It is believed that while up to five shots were fired, he was hit twice and his injuries are not life threatening.

Gardaí are on scene and the man has been taken to Beaumont Hospital.

Gardaí at Ballymun Garda Station are investigating and can be contacted on (01) 666 4400.
