The BBC made an unfortunate mistake about the Hadron Collider last night

THE LARGE HADRON Collider at the CERN research facility was restarted yesterday after two years being upgraded.

Naturally, the world’s media was excited about the prospect. But someone at the BBC got a little too excited, it would seem.

And no, it wasn’t a mischievous photoshopper. It was captured for posterity by a YouTuber.
