18-year-old woman pushed through glass window of kebab shop

A YOUNG WOMAN in Belfast was taken to hospital in the early hours of this morning after being pushed through the glass window of a kebab shop.

Police said they were called to an assault shortly before 2am this morning at a fast food premises at Andersontonw Road.

The 18-year-old woman was allegedly pushed through a glass window. Graphic images from the scene show blood on the young woman’s back and all over the floor of the premises.

Belfast Live reports the woman was treated for her injuries and has since been released from hospital.

Police are now appealing for information.
