Belfast: Woman charged with several firearm offences, robbery

A pharmacy in the Upper Newtownards Road area of East Belfast was targeted yesterday afternoon.

POLICE IN BELFAST have charged a 32-year-old woman with robbery and several firearm offences following an armed robbery in the east of the city on Saturday.

A pharmacy in the Upper Newtownards Road area of East Belfast was targeted in the robbery at approximately 3.15pm yesterday afternoon. No-one was injured in the incident. The suspect was arrested 15 minutes after the robbery.

The woman is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court on the morning of Monday 30 July.
