Friends of Berkeley survivors are putting on a show tonight and bands are chipping in

You can donate as well even if you’re not there.

A PACKED SHOW is being held in The Academy in Dublin tonight to raise money for the survivors of the Berkeley balcony collapse.

The show, which is organised by students and friends of those injured, has already kicked off at the north Dublin venue with all proceeds going to a specially organised fund.

Nicky Byrne is MC at tonight’s event with Gavin James headlining the show.

Jape, Vann Music, the Dublin Gospel Choir, Mundy and Daft Funk are also among those giving up their time for the cause.

Kodaline also arrived at the venue and will play to the crowd.

Tickets for the event were priced at €25 but those attending could also choose to donate more.

Organisers say that also Ticketmaster agreed to return the €3 service charge to the charity while MCD also provided the Academy venue without charge.

Raffles and other fundraising activities are also being held during the event but if you’re not present and want to help you can still donate to through the dedicated gofundme.com page.
