THE RESTAURANTS ASSOCIATION of Ireland announced the winners of its annual awards this week.

At the top of the list - Patrick Guilbaud‘s, just across from Government Buildings, off Dublin’s Merrion Square.

The accolade comes as no major surprise… The eatery is the country’s only restaurant with two Michelin stars, and has become a by-word for fine dining in the capital.
