No-Cook Blueberry and Banana Fruit Purée

Packed with natural sweetness.

Homemade fruit puree

Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
Makes 700ml

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced 250g blueberries
  • 200g red grapes
  • 2 bananas

Method

  1. Add the apple and blueberries to a small saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until the apple has softened. Stir though the grapes, cook for another 5 minutes and allow to soften. Leave this to cool.
  2. Add ingredients to a blender, allow to cool a little then add the bananas, blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into serving dishes or re-sealable containers.
