Body pulled from lake identified as 39-year-old man

Audrius Mauragas had been missing since Monday.

THE BODY DISCOVERED in an Armagh lake yesterday morning has been identified as that of missing man Audrius Mauragas.

The 39-year-old was positively identified after a post mortem was carried out this morning. Police are not treating the death as suspicious.

The remains were recovered from the lake in the Craigavon area yesterday, after being reported to police at around 8.30am.

Mauragas had been missing since Monday, when he left home in the early hours of the morning to take his dog for a walk, the Portadown Times reports.
