Young man's body recovered from lake in Clondalkin

It is thought that the body may be that of a young man who was reported missing in the area about six weeks ago.

THE BODY of a young man has been recovered from a lake in Clondalkin.

The body was taken from a lake at Corkagh Demesne on Saturday afternoon.

Gardaí have said they are treating the circumstances surrounding the death as a tragic accident.

They are not seeking any further assistance with their inquiries.

The remains are thought to be those of 20-year-old Louis Parsons who had been reported missing in the area about six weeks ago.
