Boy (14) dies after car collides with tractor in Wexford

The driver of the car, a 36-year-old woman, was also injured.

A 14-YEAR-OLD BOY has died in collision between a car and tractor in Wexford.

The driver of the car, a 36-year-old woman, is in a non-life threatening condition in hospital

The crash happened shortly before 7pm on the Oulart to Blackwater road.

The two occupants of the car were rushed to Wexford General Hospital, where the boy was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the tractor was uninjured.

A forensic examination of the scene will be carried out by gardaí.
