BRAD PITT HAS been cleared after a probe into allegations he mistreated one of his children, sources close to the case said.
The claims centered on an alleged incident with his 15-year-old son Maddox in September on a flight from France. Pitt had been accused of being physically abusive towards the child.
Social workers interviewed the couple, their children and witnesses who were on the plane.
The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) concluded that Pitt, 52, did not behave abusively, a source close to the case told AFP.
Pitt “has been cleared of any allegation of wrongdoing,” the source said.
Jolie, 41, filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. She is seeking sole custody of their six children.
Pitt is seeking joint legal and physical custody.
For now, the children are with her and he can make supervised visits, two sources said.
Being cleared by social services should help Pitt’s efforts for joint custody.

Relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal.
The A-listers, given the celebrity moniker ‘Brangelina’, married in France two years ago, but had been a couple since 2004.

If I’m reading this right, Angelina made false allegations of abuse against Brad. Witnesses onboard the plane and interviews with the kids confirmed no abuse took place. So she lied. It’s sad how often you hear of parents making up stories to gain an advsntage in future custody battles. In the end the kids suffer the most. Hopefully the judge takes into account these lies when deciding custody arrangements. Kids should *never* be pawns.
If a false accusation was made, then it’s not something befitting of a UN special envoy’s position.

This is what women do when going for divorce..the kids are always used as Pawns.I have personal experience of this and have decided to have everything documented so that when the children are older and they start asking questions…everything will be there in black and white and then they can see who the real Bully was .
