THE MAIN STREET in Bray, Co Wicklow has reopened after a car flipped onto its roof earlier this afternoon.
The incident saw a woman in her forties taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Roads were closed for a short time earlier this afternoon.
It is unclear at this time what the cause of the incident was.

I read the headline and thought “how did a car manage to get on top of a roof?”
how did this happen?? im actually lost as to how this could have come about?
Apparently it collided with a suv (2014 discovery from what i saw down town earlier), though i am, as you are, still unsure as to how it could actually happen..

Not so sure. My mother in law whilst on a boating excursion in Bray recently, fell overboard. My father in law couldn’t get her back in the boat on his own so the Air Rescue were called in. After winching on board the boat, both the air corp corporal and dad managed to get her out of the water. As they did so they noticed that she had 6 lobsters clamped on to her. Christy asked what should they do. The Air Corp guy didn’t miss a beat “you have 3, I’ll have 3 and we’ll set her again.
