Brazil, Antarctica and Ireland: Street View in pictures

GOOGLE STREET VIEW launched in Ireland, Brazil and Antarctica yesterday, letting users experience virtual, panoramic views of towns, cities and countryside in those locations for the the first time.

We’ve taken a look at Google’s images of Ireland, from Connemara to Dublin, and even indulged in a little virtual tourism in Antarctica and Brazil (sigh).

So forget about nonsense like packing bags and passports – and remember how beautiful the world is from the comfort of your own swivel chair:
