VIDEO: Brian O'Donnell's car allegedly rolls over foot of Land League member

John Martin can be heard on the video shouting “Stop, go back, go back, my foot!”.

BRIAN O’DONNELL returned to his family’s former home this evening after a court appearance and was met by a huge media crowd.

Journalists and photographers have been stationed outside the Killiney mansion since the solicitor barricaded himself into it on Tuesday with his wife. Members of the media briefly sneaked onto the grounds of the house led by TV3′s Vincent Browne yesterday.

It has been claimed tonight that O’Donnell, seemingly in a rush to get past the media scrum and back into the mansion, rolled over the foot of a member of the New Land League. The organisation has been supporting the solicitor over the last few days.

In the video above, New Land League member John Martin can be seen trying to move photographers out of the way of the car. As the car moves forward, be bangs on the hood, shouting “Stop, go back, go back, my foot!”.

He then appears to free his foot as O’Donnell backs and Martin proclaims “that was my foot under the wheel”.
