Broadband company announces 30 new jobs in Ireland

Onwave will create the jobs in Mullingar and Galway

A BROADBAND COMPANY has announced it is creating 30 new jobs in Ireland as part of a €4.15 million investment in the expansion of its European operations.

The satellite broadband company onwave has said that the new positions will be filled over the next year and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Mullingar, Co Westmeath and at its offices in Galway.

The new positions will be in the areas of research and development, project management, finance, sales, information technology and customer care.

Onwave is one of Europe’s largest providers of satellite broadband services to the residential market and is making a multi-million euro investment into its next generation of pan-European satellite broadband, television and telephone services.
