Poll: Would you prefer tax cuts or increased spending in the Budget?

THE ESRI SAYS that there should be no tax cuts in Budget 17.

They also say that spending should stay “neutral”.

However, there have long been indications that government may do one or the other of cutting USC or increasing spending on services.
