AS SPACE BECOMES a premium in the Irish capital, demand is rising higher for bungalows, which are generally less hemmed in than your classic two-up two-down.
Bungalows are also a great option for young families or anyone with mobility issues due to their simplified layout. But with supply for one-level homes in short stock, you’ll have to be on your toes when house-hunting.
