Man hospitalised after altercation on Camden Street

Gardaí say they are trying to establish what happened and added that there have been no arrests at this stage.

A MAN HAS been hospitalised with head injuries sustained in an altercation on Lower Camden Street in the early hours of this morning.

The incident happened at around 3.45am this morning when the man, aged 23, was involved in an altercation and sustained head injuries.

He was taken to St James’s Hospital and the scene has been sealed off and preserved for a technical examination this morning.

Gardaí say they are trying to establish what happened and added that there have been no arrests at this stage.
