Man arrested in cannabis growhouse, as gardaí seize plants worth €95,000

The 34-year-old will be before the courts in the morning.

A 34-YEAR-OLD MAN has been arrested following a raid at a cannabis growhouse in Co Wexford this morning.

Gardaí raided a building at Ballinacoola, Craanford, near Gorey at around 11.25am.

The man was arrested at the scene and brought to Gorey Garda Station for questioning.

He has since been charged, and is set to appear before the local district court in the morning at 10.30am.

Officers seized plants worth around €95,000 (pending analysis).
