Gardaí seize €1 million worth of cannabis in Dublin

A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene of the massive drugs haul in Blanchardstown.

GARDAÍ HAVE SEIZED cannabis worth an estimated €1 million from an industrial premises in Dublin.

The drugs were seized by officers from the National Drugs Unit who carried out a search in the North West Business Centre in Blanchardstown on Friday evening.

More than 100 kilos of cannabis resin and herb were found at the scene.

A 39-year-old man at the premises was arrested and is being held at Blanchardstown Garda Station.

A technical examination of the premises is currently being carried out.
