Four men arrested after cannabis worth €200,000 discovered in Galway house

The men are aged from 27 to 52.

CANNABIS PLANTS WORTH €200,000 were seized in a house in Galway this afternoon.

Cannabis growing paraphernalia was also discovered in the house at Bornacurra in Ballygar.

Four men were arrested at the scene. They’re aged 27, 31, 34 and 52.

The men are being held at Loughrea and Ballinasloe Garda Stations.

The search was carried out by gardaí from Ballygar and Ballinasloe.

Gardaí said that, “Drug seizures play a critical role in targeting the livelihood of criminals and reducing their ability to carry out illegal activities.”
