Car flips over in rush hour crash in Dublin

No one was injured in the incident, gardaí said.

A CAR ENDED up on its roof in a rush hour crash this evening in Dublin.

The incident took place on the Tallaght Bypass shortly after 5pm this evening.

Images posted online show the car resting on its roof.

The incident was cleared by 6.20pm, but traffic remained heavy in the area.

It is understood no one was injured in the incident.

Another headache for commuters this evening was a protest on O’Connell Street Bridge.

A dozen water charge protesters sat down on the bridge and refused to move.

A spokesperson for gardaí said the incident was cleared in the past half an hour, and no arrests made.
