Three-car collision on N2 kills driver and seriously injures two others

Gardaí are appealing for information.

A MAN IN his 30s has died after a road traffic collision involving three cars on the N2 Dublin to Derry Road.

The incident occurred between Monaghan Town and Emyvale at 12.20pm today.

The two female occupants of the second vehicle were seriously injured and brought to Cavan General Hospital.

The male occupant of the third vehicle was unharmed. The road is currently closed and diversions are in place.
