Several injured as car hits front of charity shop

The incident took place on the Woodstock Road earlier today.

SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE injured when a car hit a charity shop in Belfast today.

The PSNI said that the single-vehicle collision occurred shortly after 11.30am, when a car collided with the front of a charity shop on the Woodstock Road.

A number of people, including the driver, were taken to hospital.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the collision to contact them.

Police at Strandtown would like to hear from anyone who was in the area and who witnessed the collision to phone them on 0845 600 8000.
