Gardaí renew appeal after woman in her 50s is found unconscious in Carlow

They identified the couple who were the subject of an earlier appeal.

GARDAÍ IN CARLOW have renewed their appeal for information in relation to the discovery of an unconscious woman in her 50s on Sunday.

They have appealed for witnesses and in particular anyone who travelled on Staplestown Road, St Patrick’s Avenue or Pollerton Road – either on foot, bicycle or vehicle – between 2am and 5am on Sunday morning to contact them.

Gardaí have identified the couple who were the subject of an earlier appeal, and thanked the public for their assistance in this regard.
