FED UP WITH Dublin’s rental market? Between frequently hitting the refresh button on Daft and spending hours on invasive application forms, it can be pretty bleak. Starting to wish the perfect apartment would just land in your lap?
Well, Carlsberg Ireland are offering exactly that – a super-stylish, Danish-inspired apartment anywhere in Ireland (subject to availability) where you can live rent-free for a year.
If you win, you’ll get the keys to a free two-bedroom apartment packed full of Danish-style design for one year, to a maximum value of €36,000. You just need to cover the bills and try to keep the fridge stocked with ice-cold Carlsberg Danish Pilsner.

All you need to do is stop stressing over the Daft listings and pop into participating retailers to find out more. The competition is open now and will close on June 11, later this summer. The draw will take place seven days after this.
Entries are limited to one per email address – any subsequent entries will be deemed invalid and you’ll only be notified if you’re a winner (you’ll hear by phone). Most importantly, you must be a resident in either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland and over 18 to claim.
What if I’m good for an apartment?
If you win and you don’t accept the prize, you’ll be offered an alternative prize of a five-night break to Copenhagen for two people. This will include accommodation with bed and breakfast, return economy flights from the island of Ireland, transfers to and from the airport and €600 spending money.
