Fancy owning land at this retail park? It could be yours for just €45 million

A snip, really.

Carrickmines Retail Park Phase 2 Peter Moloney / Savills Peter Moloney / Savills / Savills

THE LAST SECTION of land at one of Dublin’s busiest retail parks has gone on sale.

The Park in Carrickmines, which comprises retail and office space, was built by Michael Cotter of Park Developments in 2004.

Current tenants at the retail park include Currys, TK Maxx, Heatons, Harvey Norman and Smyths.

All of the existing space at The Park is now fully let, but the final plots of land have gone on sale with a guide price of €45 million.

The sale, entitled Q3, makes up lands located at the main entrance of the development and there are two lots available – one which is designed to house warehouse retail units and another that would suit, according to Savills who are selling the units, “filling station operators, car showroom occupiers, retail warehouse owner occupiers, as well as shop-neighbourhood/district centre uses”.

Mark Reynolds of Savills says that the sale shows that retail is bouncing back in the capital.
