FAIR PLAY IF you are one of the thousands planning to tog out on Christmas morning for one of the annual swim or runs around the country.

There are scores of events to choose from – many of them sponsored for charity. The Goal Mile is all over Ireland, and crowd swims take place from the 40 Foot in Dun Laoghaire to the COPE Galway swim at Salthill.
