Poll: Was the BBC right to drop Clarkson?

The broadcaster will not be renewing his contract.

AS YOU MIGHT have heard, the BBC announced yesterday that Jeremy Clarkson’s contract will not be renewed.

It follows the Top Gear presenter punching and verbally abusing a producer. He now faces a police investigation over the fracas.

Clarkson has been at the helm of the motoring show – a massive money-spinner for the public service broadcaster – for more than a decade.
