Kerry TD Danny Healy-Rae said that ‘God above is in charge of the weather’ during a Dáil debate yesterday.

DESPITE AN OVERWHELMING consensus among the world’s scientific community that climate change is definitely happening, there are still those that refuse to believe it.

Speaking in the Dáil yesterday, Kerry TD Danny Healy-Rae said that it was his belief that, “God above is in charge of the weather and that we here can’t do anything about it.”

He referred to historical changes in the weather as part of his argument.

So we want to know: Do you believe in climate change?
