One dead in Clonmel house fire

The deceased has not yet been identified.

ONE PERSON HAS died in a house fire in Co Tipperary overnight.

Emergency services were alerted to the blaze at a house in  Kilmacomma area of Clonmel at 4am this morning.

The deceased has not yet been identified.

Gardaí remain at the scene this morning.
