This week, we’re taking a look at what’s available around Co Clare for less than €430,000, from a modern bungalow in Kilkee to a traditional cottage in Ballyvaughan.

Outside there’s plenty of garden space as well as parking along with a storage shed and another structure used as a utility space. The rooms inside comprise a reception room, dining area and main bathroom and then another dining area, kitchen and sitting room.
An ideal holiday home or an option for anyone who wants to live beside the sea, Doughmore Beach is just a kilometres away. For golfers, Trump International Golf Links & Hotel also sits nearby. The house is on about an acre and is surrounded by some of the most popular tourist attractions the west of Ireland has to offer.
